I just wanted to take a moment to tell you why I am an EG Forrest Customer. When I went to open up my restaurant I shopped around for food distributors as anyone would. The reason I chose EG Forrest is because the level of customer service I received from Jennifer Biddy. Though new to EG Forrest at the time her knowledge of the food industry was extremely value added. She has worked with me and helped in countless ways that have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. She shows that EG Forrest cares as much about the little guy as it does about its large accounts.
Being the little guy....that means alot. It's a level of customer service that is not seen much anymore these days. I had sales reps from other companies that turned their nose up to me because I was small and they treated me as though I was wasting their time. Jennifer has always been willing to help no matter how trivial my request was on the grand scheme of things. She works hard for my satisfaction and has my customers in mind when we choose products. Again, that speaks volumes about her service and the reflection it has on your company.
